We offer 24 hours 7 days a week telemedicine services. Vessels have access to our telemedicine line. When Air Care International receives a call, a physician will work with the crew in accessing the medical situation. The physician will assist in determining the extent of the medical issue and will advise the best course of action and treatment. If transportation is required, the physician will arrange and facilitate transportation to the nearest appropriate medical facility.

We operate two Bell 407 helicopters that have a max gross weight of 5,000 pounds. This allows our aircraft and trained flight crews to land on all platforms and vessels in the Gulf of Mexico.

If a patient requires, we offer private fixed wing air ambulance transportation for domestic or international repatriation for urgent and non-urgent medical transports.

 For patients not requiring the private fixed wing air ambulance, we can provide physician escorts on domestic and international commercial flights. The physician will be with the patient ensuring patient comfort, providing for all medical needs, mobility assistance, hygiene, meals, and any other special requirements.
